Qualifying criteria include:(1) Proof of valid educator status at an accredited educational institute located in Guam. (2) Buyer must present valid teaching certificate and serve in a teacher status or administrator position (classroom teacher, counselor, librarian, instructional coach, district mentor, CHamoru teacher, ESL/SPED teacher assistant, or principal). Guam Department of Education (GDOE) certificate status should say Teacher in Position. Department of Defense Education Activity (DODEA) educator must present valid teaching certificate. Higher learning institutes and charger schools may present valid verification of employment. (3) Qualifier must be the registered vehicle owner.
